Customer Feedback: Mayor of Anan Town, Nagano Prefecture, Shimoina District

We would like to introduce the voice of the mayor of Anan Town, Ina District, Nagano Prefecture, who introduced the "Suizō."

The town is located in a mountainous area, with settlements scattered throughout. The length of the water supply pipeline exceeds 140 km, and it is believed that restoring the water supply, which is essential for survival during large-scale disasters, would take considerable time. Although the town has been stockpiling drinking water in plastic bottles, the amount is not sufficient. In this context, the "water reservoir" that was installed is located on the indoor pipeline, allowing for a continuous supply of fresh water through daily water usage, making it an easy device for sustainable access to drinking water. Since it is a device that contributes to reducing plastic waste by decreasing the amount of stored plastic bottles, the town plans to promote its installation in major designated evacuation centers in the future, ensuring water availability during emergencies and minimizing the impact on residents. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
