Introduction of a case where the viscosity of the aeration tank decreased due to a problem with the pressurized floating device.
Here is a case study of implementing grease control measures at a prepared food manufacturing plant. In this facility, a problem with the pressurized flotation device caused viscosity in the aeration tank, leading to a significant amount of scum floating in the sedimentation tank. We proposed the use of our "WT-300P." Within three days of application, the viscosity in the aeration tank decreased, and by the fifth day, the floating scum in the sedimentation tank was almost gone. [Case Overview] - Industry and Facility Overview - Industry: Prepared food manufacturing plant - Daily wastewater volume: 380m3/day - Aeration tank volume: 300m2 - Discharge: River discharge - Proposed Product and Application Amount - Product Name: WT-300P - Application Amount: 7 bags/day for 7 days (one week of concentrated application) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Results】 ■ On the third day, there was a decrease in viscosity in the aeration tank, and a decreasing trend in scum in the sedimentation tank. ■ By the fifth day, the floating scum in the sedimentation tank had almost disappeared. 【Subsequent Actions】 ■ After repairing the pressurized flotation device, it is suggested as an emergency measure. ■ Currently, it is used on a spot basis during periods of increased production or when microbial activity decreases due to low water temperatures. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

In August 1970, Yasuda Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (currently Sompo Japan Insurance Inc.) was established as Yasuda Comprehensive Development Research Institute, focusing on real estate-related research and brokerage services. In 1972, it reorganized into a company primarily engaged in the ownership and leasing of office buildings, changing its name to "Universe Development Co., Ltd." Since its founding, the company has operated with a strong emphasis on trust and solid business management. To respond to various demands, in addition to its core real estate business, it has focused on environmental issues such as water quality and soil contamination, which are global concerns, and has ventured into environmental conservation projects that utilize biotechnology to naturally decompose and neutralize harmful pollutants. Furthermore, leveraging its long-standing experience in real estate management, it has advanced the commercialization of a "leakage monitoring device," based on a new theory that allows for more precise measurements, aimed at ensuring the safety of facilities that consume significant amounts of electricity, such as buildings and factories, incorporating cutting-edge industry technology. Additionally, in its new business development, it operates three stores of the Western confectionery manufacturer and retailer "Chateraise," two coffee shops "Doutor," and four rental and sales stores for CDs and DVDs "Tsutaya" (as of the end of June 2008), expanding its business closely related to everyday life.
