We will introduce a case where our product was used to address the issue of unstable processing due to a decrease in water temperature.
We would like to introduce a case study of low water temperature measures implemented at a certain confectionery manufacturing plant. This plant typically achieves good processing under low-load conditions, but during low-temperature periods (around 12°C), the biological activity drops drastically, leading to unstable processing. Therefore, we proposed the introduction of our "WT-Complete." One week after its introduction, the clarity of the sedimentation tank showed an improving trend. [Case Overview] ■ Industry and Facility Overview - Industry: Confectionery manufacturing plant - Daily wastewater volume: 180m3 - Situation: Biological activity drops drastically during low-temperature periods, leading to unstable processing ■ Proposed Product and Dosage - Product Name: WT-Complete - Dosage: 2 bags/day *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Results】 ■ After one week, the transparency of the settling tank shows an improving trend. ■ After 20 days, the floating scum in the settling tank has almost disappeared. 【Subsequent Actions】 ■ Before the low-temperature period, we propose biological enhancement by adding bioagents. ■ Currently, from November to March, we are implementing stable management with the addition of one bag per day. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

In August 1970, Yasuda Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. (currently Sompo Japan Insurance Inc.) was established as Yasuda Comprehensive Development Research Institute, focusing on real estate-related research and brokerage services. In 1972, it reorganized into a company primarily engaged in the ownership and leasing of office buildings, changing its name to "Universe Development Co., Ltd." Since its founding, the company has operated with a strong emphasis on trust and solid business management. To respond to various demands, in addition to its core real estate business, it has focused on environmental issues such as water quality and soil contamination, which are global concerns, and has ventured into environmental conservation projects that utilize biotechnology to naturally decompose and neutralize harmful pollutants. Furthermore, leveraging its long-standing experience in real estate management, it has advanced the commercialization of a "leakage monitoring device," based on a new theory that allows for more precise measurements, aimed at ensuring the safety of facilities that consume significant amounts of electricity, such as buildings and factories, incorporating cutting-edge industry technology. Additionally, in its new business development, it operates three stores of the Western confectionery manufacturer and retailer "Chateraise," two coffee shops "Doutor," and four rental and sales stores for CDs and DVDs "Tsutaya" (as of the end of June 2008), expanding its business closely related to everyday life.
