Time Giken has approximately 40 years of experience in the development and manufacturing of printed circuit boards, focusing on combustion control of gases where safety and reliability are essential. ■ Development and Evaluation Based on customer specifications, we conduct development with a design philosophy of fail-safe (ensuring safe control in the event of malfunctions or operational errors) cultivated through gas combustion control. Additionally, we prepare our in-house testing facilities to conduct sufficient evaluation tests as much as possible during the development phase. ■ Component Procurement We primarily use components from domestic manufacturers, selecting parts that ensure quality based on factors such as liquidity and track record. In the event of component production discontinuation (discontinuation), we will propose alternatives. ■ Assembly and Inspection We produce domestically at our own factory equipped with an automatic assembly line. The inspection process for the circuit boards is designed by dedicated designers for each board, ensuring quality through automated inspections that do not rely on human senses. - Component value checks using In-Circuit Testers (ICT) (100% of units) - Checks for component misalignment, tilt, and missing parts using image inspection machines (100% of units) - Functional tests using Function Testers (FCT) (100% of units)
