Introducing examples of special setups for black-dyed items that cannot be processed using jigs, rod insertion, or garas!
For special setups of black-dyed products that cannot be processed with jigs, rods, or in a basket, there was an issue where the interior of the product created a bag-like hole, leading to liquid pooling and the formation of air pockets. In response, our company proposed improvement measures to address the liquid pooling and air pocket issues. For more details, please refer to the PDF download below. 【Case Study】 ■ Issues with Liquid Pooling - Liquid is carried into the next process, raising concerns about liquid defects. ■ Issues with Air Pockets - Air pockets occur during the degreasing and surface treatment processes. - Concerns about the dye not adhering properly. ■ Measures Against Liquid Pooling - Arranging products in a consistent direction to allow processing liquid to drain. - Tilting baskets at each stage to enable liquid drainage. ■ Measures Against Air Pockets - Fixing areas where processing does not occur by arranging products in a consistent direction. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
