The disposer solves all the unpleasant food waste that lasts a lifetime!
A disposer is a machine that is installed in the sink's drain to grind and process food waste. There are different types of disposers based on their operation method, mainly "continuous feed" and "batch feed." (Features) - Continuous feed: By having a dedicated switch, it prevents splashing even when the lid is open, allowing for continuous grinding and processing of food waste. - Batch feed: This is the mainstream type in Japan, where the lid acts as a switch. After placing the food waste inside and turning the switch, it operates. Since it cannot be used while in operation, it can be safely used by those who are using a disposer for the first time. Tanabe City, which has flourished as the gateway to the Nanki Kumano region, is also a place associated with the great figure who sounded the alarm for the environment, Kumagusu Minakata, and is a region with a high level of environmental awareness that has inherited his spirit. Miyaso originally manufactured buttons in Tanabe City for 100 years, but during the manufacturing process, nearly half of the materials were discarded as "punching waste." This led to the idea of researching how to reuse this waste, resulting in the successful development of technology. Coincidentally, in 1995, the "Container and Packaging Recycling Law" was enacted, but local governments were struggling with the processing of collected PET bottles. Therefore, in collaboration with the Wakayama Prefectural Industrial Technology Center, we established a chemical recycling technology for PET bottles that applied button waste reuse technology. Currently, we handle PET bottle processing for many local governments. Additionally, we provide consulting and sales for factory wastewater treatment systems, sales of septic tanks, and sales and installation of household and commercial disposers. We hope to further contribute to social and environmental issues through the recycling of PET bottles.
