Here is a case study for Mr. Y in Mie Prefecture. When thicker items were placed inside, the edges of the lid tended to peel off easily, and we received a request for a solution. CPP film is a material with elasticity, making it difficult to cut with an automatic punch. While it was possible to manually round the corners, doing so caused the films to stick together, making them difficult to peel apart. Therefore, we introduced a new automatic punch specifically for CPP film. As a result, we were able to meet this request.
