Introduction of the three strengths related to embossing processing. Technical materials are currently available.
We would like to introduce three strengths of our embossing process related to the environment. *Currently available for free.
Introduction of our three strengths regarding the environmental aspects of our embossing process! 1. Reducing environmental impact with a chemical-free method! Our processing uses a physical method involving heat and pressure, without any additives such as inks or coatings, allowing the film to be recyclable. It can be used for precision equipment applications. 2. Reducing waste with full substrate processing! Our processing machine can handle substrates up to 1700 mm wide. Additionally, it is capable of embossing shapes all the way to the edges of the substrate, eliminating edge wastage. This allows for a reduction in waste generation. 3. Reducing disposal waste with roll-to-roll continuous molding! Our embossing process is continuous and roll-to-roll, which reduces substrate waste compared to flat plate molding and other methods. By optimizing stable conditions before mass production, we minimize adjustment losses. This design reduces waste and is environmentally friendly and cost-effective. Our method allows for embossing high-rigidity materials, extending product lifespan with rigidity that cannot be achieved with softer substrates, ultimately contributing to a reduction in plastic waste.

Our company specializes in embossing plastic films. We excel in processing hard film substrates. We primarily perform embossing on "biaxially stretched PET," which is considered difficult to mold among films, and the embossed films are used in a wide range of applications due to their surface shapes. **Benefits of Adding Embossing (Texture) to Film Processing:** ◆ Increased surface area ◆ Reduced surface contact rate ◆ Prevention of adhesion ◆ Enhanced design quality What was not possible with flat films can now be achieved. Additionally, embossed films are utilized in various applications by leveraging their performance and functionality, including: ◆ Transfer applications to resins that utilize surface design ◆ Light diffusion through reflection and refraction effects ◆ Prevention of contact and adhesion with target objects Embossed films are used in a variety of applications.
