We process bar work (materials from φ3.0 to φ36.0) and use NC lathes and MC machines for secondary processing. We can handle forged products (aluminum and SUM materials) and die-cast products (aluminum and zinc), and we can provide assembly services (stamping, press-fitting, bonding). We receive orders from a wide range of customers, including parts for OA equipment, automotive parts, labor-saving equipment parts, air conditioning-related parts, and electronic, electrical, and camera parts. 【Our Strengths: Equipment Introduction】 ■ NC Automatic Lathes (Bar Work Machines, NC Automatic Lathes for Secondary Processing) We can process products sized from φ3.0 to φ40.0. Materials that can be processed include SUS, SUM, SCR, SWCH, brass, AL, ADC, and ZDC materials. ■ Inspection Machines We have several self-developed inspection machines that are currently under patent application. ■ Secondary Processing Machines We have Robo drills, machining centers, plate rolling machines, small NC lathes, hydraulic presses (for assembly), and more.
