"CADmeister FORM-EX ～PRESS～" supports customers' short delivery time measures by quickly and accurately performing modeling during shaping and deformation based on STL and reference lines. Two types of deformation methods are available (elastic deformation analysis method/volume deformation method). 【Other Features】 ■Expected Deformation: Deformation is performed based on the difference between the pre-deformation CAD data and the STL. ■Pressing Deformation: The pre-deformation CAD data is pressed onto the STL to generate the modeling surface. ■We also offer a group of editing functions called "STL EDIT" to improve STL quality (available as a separate option). ■If negative angles occur on the deformation surface created by incorporating analysis results from molding analysis software, it is possible to generate a modeling surface that resolves these issues (Patent No. 6420160). ■If the data is updated due to product changes, you can input the displacement file output before deformation to reproduce the deformation using the new data. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
