Thirteen years have passed since the old core system was implemented, leading to various issues. To address these, the "Production System Research Group" was established. We conducted a comparison of six types of scheduling software and production management software, including demonstrations and site visits to other companies, ultimately deciding to implement 'ASPROVA'.
