Precision is everything! "Master, Model, Standard"

<Sample Products for Comparison> There are times when I want to compare the finished product with an "ideal sample product that is exactly 1mm identical." The ideal sample product is referred to as a Master or Standard. The product is compared to the standard (sample product) to evaluate its quality. This allows us to understand the "differences" such as size. Standards and Masters may require precision at the micron level (0.001mm). <Of course, we also consider costs> Even though we talk about an ideal sample, finishing everything to the micron level can lead to enormous costs and delivery times. Our company operates with a "ONE-STOP" approach across sales, design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, allowing for close internal collaboration. Based on customer requests, we make selections to propose the most reasonable specifications in terms of both cost and delivery time. <Special Samples> Some customers have needs to prepare "defective products" and confirm quality through comparisons with these defective products. By preparing "commonly occurring defective products" or "defective products that must never be shipped," we can prevent inconveniences to our customers in advance.
