Roll forming machine manufactured by Dreistern in Germany, with over 70 years of experience in the roll forming industry.
More than 2,000 lines are operating worldwide, shaping over 10,000 types of profiles, including products made from 1700MPa UHSS alloys (Ultra High Strength Steel). Against the backdrop of environmental measures, there is an urgent need for the new development of production processing technologies for higher-performance high-strength steel plates, while also actively utilizing existing high-strength steel plate processing as part of daily operations. In the molding of closed profiles such as tubes, not only various types of welding but also closed joints through folding are possible. With the quick-change tool cassette, maintenance of the forming rolls can be carried out offline without stopping production on the forming machine.

Highly flexible CNC roll forming machine for profile shaping. Depending on the type and design of the product, the width and height of the profile can be changed continuously without exchanging tools, driven by a motor. By using the P6/P7 series, which offers excellent flexibility, the overall dimensions of U-, C-, C+-, and Σ-profiles can be continuously varied, allowing for the shaping of asymmetric shapes. An automatic thickness adjustment mechanism for the material can also be equipped as needed.
Company information
Founded in Tokyo in 1948 by German entrepreneur Klaus Koerens, our company was the first German trading company allowed to resume business in Japan after the war. Since our establishment, we have walked alongside Japanese companies through Japan's reconstruction, modernization, and the period of rapid economic growth. Throughout our history of over 75 years, our constant passion has been to introduce cutting-edge technologies from Europe to companies active in various industries in Japan. At the same time, the diverse feedback from our Japanese customers has been reflected back to European suppliers, resulting in many instances of refined technology. We take pride in the fact that we continue to be a leading German trading company in Japan, as this reflects the high regard our efforts have received from both customers and suppliers.
