This is an outdoor small hazardous material storage facility designed to accommodate specified quantities of hazardous materials in multiples of 1/5 or more, but less than 1. To comply with the fire prevention regulations of each municipality, it is a factory-produced, stable unit-type product suitable for storage, safekeeping, and management! While the use of high-quality raw materials inevitably increases costs, we have set the weight to approximately 1.3 tons, ensuring high durability against natural disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons, as well as aging deterioration. ● Reinforced concrete floor structure (patent obtained) By providing a three-dimensional slope of 1/100 towards the catch basin, hazardous materials that leak out are collected into the catch basin without using a pit. Due to its heavy and low center of gravity design, it has the characteristic of not tipping over even in strong winds or earthquakes. Considering the risk of secondary disasters caused by the slipping of hazardous material containers during earthquakes, we successfully designed and developed a reinforced concrete floor. ●Stainless Steel Weather Cover / With Flame Retardant Mesh To prevent rust at the air intake, we use a weather cover made of SUS304 stainless steel, equipped with a custom-made SUS316 flame retardant mesh (40 mesh) that has a high content of molybdenum and nickel. Since we received a request for SUS316 as a countermeasure against salt damage during delivery to a certain nuclear power plant, we have adopted it as a standard specification. A fire damper that operates at 72°C is standard equipment, which blocks the inflow of external air in the event of a fire.
