The PW-800 power supply automatic inspection system is an all-in-one package model that incorporates over 40 years of expertise in power supply testing into a dedicated testing device. All the necessary hardware for testing is built into the load and measurement unit, model-800E, allowing you to select the required input source (either AC or DC power) and immediately deploy it as a function tester on the power supply inspection manufacturing line. ● 5ch load / 5ch ripple noise measurement / overvoltage power supply / DVM / DIO equipped all-in-one testing device ● High-speed inspection is possible due to a design specialized for ATE (such as dual AD converters) (equivalent to the old model model-600E) ● Expansion slots allow for the addition of CONTACT (C contact switch) for convenient power-up sequence measurement and fixture control ● High expandability with load expansion up to 20ch (maximum capacity of 1kW per channel) and single-phase 4kVA, three-phase 6kVA ● Can be linked with safety testers. All tests for switching power supplies can be configured with the PW-800. ● Test data is stored in MicroSoft Access format (mdb file). It is possible to efficiently store and manage vast amounts of data. Additionally, data obtained can be imported into a user-constructed database from mdb files. ● The Dataview function, which allows for easy retrieval of test results from mdb files and transfer to inspection reports (Excel), is also equipped in PowerTestSite/PW-800.
