Our company owns large hydraulic presses such as 1,500t and 600t, enabling us to perform press processing of various sizes and complex shapes. We can accommodate both small lot prototypes and mass production, with a particular expertise in mass production of approximately 100 to 500 units. This year, we introduced a Trumpf 3D laser processing machine for laser cutting, which allows for cutting with clean cross-sections that prevent oxidation. Additionally, we can achieve YAG laser welding with the 3D laser processing machine, significantly reducing thermal distortion. By possessing these two machines, we can flexibly respond to both small lot prototypes and mass production.
