We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured a "gantry loader" that sequentially feeds shaft materials into four lathes and grinding machines arranged in a straight line over a distance of 24 meters, and finally stocks them. The customer requested, "I want you to manufacture a gantry loader over 20 meters, and handle everything from production to trial operation adjustments in the factory, and then proceed to on-site installation." In an era when laser leveling devices were not common, we performed level adjustments using an optical transit, and we created a special jig for centering to establish a reference. Additionally, our company is capable of handling long-length transport exceeding 30 meters and a height of 5 meters.
