For research, universities, and student experiments! The borescope is oriented for easy observation!
In response to the request for a visualization engine dynamometer based on a small engine, we have installed a borescope on Robin's EH12 (the dynamometer is DA10UW). There is only space on both sides of the spark plug, but we used the spark plug hole for the borescope and inserted a thinner spark plug in the side space. Unlike the GX120, the cylinder is upright, making the orientation of the borescope easier to observe. 【Features】 ■ The newly installed spark plug is M10 ■ The combustion pressure sensor is inserted from the side of the intake port ■ The borescope is an OLYMPUS model with a diameter of 8.1mm ■ The glass window of the shield has been enlarged to accommodate the thicker borescope ■ Comparative tests were conducted with plugs installed on both sides, confirming that there is no significant difference *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

FC Design is a company that independently develops, produces, and sells equipment related to engine control and development. In addition to products for motorcycles, eco-run products, and dynamometer products, we also develop custom equipment related to the development and measurement control of small engines. The company is originally composed of engineers who excel in engine design and development as well as electronic control design and development, aiming to discern the essence and eliminate waste in design. Our development and design policy has been cultivated through experiences in the eco-run team that has been active since before our establishment, and it has not changed from the custom equipment developed at the beginning to our current products. Manufacturing is not just about making things; it involves evaluating, improving, and achieving goals. We aim to actively develop and explore products to assist in educational and research settings, as well as individual creative activities. By shaping various ideas that arise in our daily work, from the requests of our customers to the experiences of each employee in manufacturing and education, we create new products. Enjoying the process of manufacturing ourselves and proposing the joy of development is the essence of FC Design's activities.
