Introducing a super high-resolution image processing system using a 16K line sensor camera with a master registration method!
The "Pattern Appearance Inspection System" captures ultra-high-resolution images using monochrome/color line sensor cameras (up to 16K) and accurately detects various defects such as open, short, chipping, foreign objects, and unevenness. The inspection target pattern contour is enclosed with straight lines, and the master shape is registered to individually inspect the inside and outside of the contour. Detection intensity can be set individually.
