When installing a digital mammography device in a screening vehicle, the X-ray detector used has poor temperature characteristics, leading to issues such as equipment performance degradation and operational instability due to extreme interior temperatures (especially when parked) during summer and winter. To address this, we created a heating device inspired by our already commercialized heat-retaining warmer. Even when parked, the heat-retaining material inside the heating device continues to warm the equipment without needing power, allowing for thermal protection of the device until the next day without having to keep the engine running. 【Results】 ■ The inside of the insulation device maintains a suitable temperature for the equipment using the heat from the thermal storage material. ■ Even when stopped, the thermal storage material inside the insulation device continues to warm the equipment without needing power, eliminating the need to keep the engine running, thus providing thermal protection for the equipment until the next day. ■ In winter, thanks to the effectiveness of the thermal storage material, the inspection vehicle maintains a constant temperature to prevent the ambient temperature from dropping below the cold resistance temperature of the X-ray detector, even when stopped and without power. ■ In summer, the thermal storage material absorbs heat from the surroundings, suppressing the temperature rise of the X-ray detector inside the insulation device. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
