I have outlined the usage criteria for the Anshin Adjuster regarding the definition of seismic intensity 7. Please use this as a reference when implementing it!
The "Anshin Adjuster" is an earthquake-resistant product that can be installed without driving anchor bolts. It allows for easy attachment to machine legs without the need to drill holes in the floor. It is also perfect for places where layouts are frequently changed. ● Supports seismic intensity of 7 (equivalent to 1000 gal)! This time, I will describe the relationship between this seismic intensity and gal. 【Official Instagram】: Currently showcasing installation examples ★☆ https://www.instagram.com/ansin_official/ 【Official Website】: For inquiries, please contact us at the link below! http://www.ans1828.com 【Introduction Video】 https://youtu.be/1oE7CAwOvZQ

basic information
The seismic intensity, which represents the magnitude of an earthquake, has 10 levels ranging from 0 to 7. (Since there are variations in intensity between levels 5 and 6, there are 10 levels in total.) Intensity level 7 is the highest level that can be recorded, meaning that "any shaking above a certain magnitude is classified as intensity level 7." However, even though it is classified as level 7, there is a range. Therefore, in addition to intensity, we also look at a unit called 'gal' (gals) as a standard to indicate the magnitude of an earthquake. Gal refers to the acceleration of the earthquake, and the larger the number, the more intense the shaking. This unit is not commonly heard. If you look at the seismic intensity classification quick reference chart in the image, you will see that once it exceeds approximately 600 gals, it is classified as intensity level 7. The Anshin Adjuster is designed to withstand shaking equivalent to 1000 gals. Therefore, as a product, it is aimed at shaking in the range of 600-1000 gals within intensity level 7. However, even if shaking exceeds this range, it can still help reduce damage, so we strongly recommend taking measures. This time, we have included photos of products that can withstand intensity level 7. *This product does not guarantee the prevention of damage caused by equipment during an earthquake.

Company information
The Anshin Adjuster is an earthquake countermeasure product that can be installed without driving anchor bolts. It is ideal for places where you don't want to drill holes and frequently change layouts. It can withstand earthquakes equivalent to a seismic intensity of 7 (with a seismic period of 1 second and an acceleration of 1000 gal), addressing both horizontal and vertical shaking. This is a patented product that has obtained domestic patents in Japan and international patents in the United States. In addition to clean rooms where dust is not allowed and food and pharmaceutical factories, it can also be used for earthquake countermeasures in buildings with insufficient floor thickness for driving anchor bolts, such as those on the second floor and above. Moreover, while typical gels have low load-bearing capacity and require larger sizes to increase it, the gel used in the Anshin Adjuster is an industrial specialty product, making it compact while offering approximately ten times the load-bearing capacity compared to standard products. The Anshin Adjuster is also unaffected by conditions where water or oil may be present, such as in factories, kitchens, or outdoors, as the gel is sealed with a special adhesive called "Anshin Aiba."
