The XL100 is capable of very diverse operations, despite its small size. The turret is interchangeable, allowing for the production of tablets of all sizes. Optionally, a mix turret can be installed, enabling the use of both B and D tools on the same turret. The machine design is very compact, with no compression corner columns and the control panel integrated into the back of the machine, while still providing excellent accessibility to the tablet pressing area and outstanding ease of changeover and cleaning. Additionally, it is equipped with essential functions for production, such as trend display of pressure, automatic pressure control, and single sorting (single tablet discharge), making it suitable for clinical and small-scale production as well. The XL100 Pro specification includes a 15-inch touchscreen, tablet data acquisition and storage functions, automatic weight control, recipe storage, and additional features that can be added.
