The X3 is an innovative tablet press for small to medium-scale production that not only retains traditional strengths such as mixed tablet production, low noise and vibration levels, integration of control panels, and through-the-wall installation, but also condenses KORSCH's expertise while achieving even more space-saving design and superior production capacity. It incorporates user-friendly design concepts such as cleanliness, maintainability, and accessibility, and employs many of KORSCH's latest technologies. The SFP specification is specialized for single-layer tablet production, while the MFP specification can produce both single-layer and bi-layer tablets. Both share the same machine platform, achieving unprecedented efficiency. Additionally, it is compatible with the smart factory concept (Pharma 4.0), allowing for integration of process control and parameter management with external higher-level systems. By using the optional PharmaView, intuitive operations are enabled, allowing for guided, hands-free setup, operation, and maintenance in a virtual reality environment.
