[2024 Problem Measures] Transitioning from Wooden Pallets to Plastic Pallets

Joint proposal with the molding manufacturer! Achieving smooth switching and stable supply of pallets.

There was a customer need to change all the wooden pallets used in-house to plastic pallets. However, there were a large number of wooden pallets in use, and they were being used nationwide. Therefore, we conducted hearings with the customer regarding the delivery destinations, quantities, and operations of their pallets, and together with the manufacturer Sankoh, we established a production plan to achieve the desired range of pallet conversion. We also made new investments in molds, enabling production within the desired range. Within our company, we are developing new depot locations nationwide and have built a system that ensures stable supply even after operations begin. We have achieved a smooth transition and stable supply of pallets.
