[2024 Issue Countermeasures] Achieving Smooth Operation of Distribution Centers

Improvement of logistics efficiency through the introduction of standardized packaging! Reduction of the burden of container sorting operations and effective utilization of empty container storage areas is possible.

As challenges in logistics efficiency at the distribution center, there were issues such as "the decline in logistics efficiency due to differences in container standards and cardboard sizes among suppliers and business partners" and "concerns about the supply of rental containers due to significant fluctuations in volume during peak seasons." In response, our company introduced the "Leaf Container" as a standardized packaging for product delivery, improving delivery efficiency from the distribution center to stores. In the stores, we enhanced the efficiency of product stocking operations. Additionally, to address the fluctuations in volume during peak seasons, we jointly proposed the manufacturing capabilities of Sankoh Co., Ltd., allowing for rental as needed, thereby achieving stable supply.
