No sawdust generation, very hygienic! Ensures the safety of on-site workers without splinters or sharp edges.
The user had been storing and transporting imported clothing on wooden pallets, but there were concerns about the occurrence of splinters and the risk of collapse due to quality deterioration. Therefore, we introduced our "Rental Pallet H4-12 (CO)" for product storage and transportation. By switching from wooden pallets to plastic pallets, we eliminated the generation of debris such as splinters at the site. Additionally, unlike wood, plastic does not deteriorate due to corrosion, so there is no risk of product collapse due to pallet quality degradation. We have installed strip-shaped grommets (anti-slip) on the loading surface, ensuring effective anti-slip measures. [Case Summary] ■ Issues - Deterioration of the site’s appearance due to the occurrence of splinters - Possibility of foreign matter contaminating the products - Risk of collapse due to quality deterioration ■ Improvements - No debris generated, resulting in a more hygienic environment - Elimination of the risk of product collapse due to quality degradation *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
