The FlexPro 50 is a new modular filling and capping machine that allows for flexible configurations tailored to your needs.
By exchanging size parts, it is possible to use sterilized vials, cartridges, and syringes as nesting materials, eliminating the need to add a dedicated filling and sealing machine. Additionally, by adding modules, it is also possible to accommodate bulk materials, providing excellent future compatibility. These features enable space-saving, reduce validation time, and facilitate labor-saving during factory operations. The module can be installed in indoor spaces with a ceiling height of over 3 meters, including the integrated isolator. Since all electrical components and fans of the isolator are stored at the top, there is no need to install them in the ceiling space. The module can be fully integrated with the isolator and freeze dryer in a short time. Furthermore, the VHP cycle of the isolator has achieved a significant reduction in required time due to Ziel's direct injection system. Compatible filling systems: rotary piston pump, peristaltic pump.
