Evaluation of surface physical properties of a wide range of materials such as metals, plastics, rubber, and ceramics!
At Mitsuba Environmental Solutions, we conduct material and defect analysis using the "Dynamic Ultra-Micro Hardness Tester." The SHIMADZU "DUH-211S" measures the relationship between the load and indentation depth at micro areas of the surface (approximately 0 to 10µm) in real-time to evaluate surface properties. In a case comparing the surface hardness of enamel coatings on copper wires, it was found that "imported products have higher surface hardness and lower elastic modulus." 【DUH-211S Specifications】 ■ Test force: 0.1 to 1961mN, minimum measurement unit 0.196μN (for tests below 1.96mN) ■ Indentation depth measurement: 0 to 10μm, minimum measurement unit 0.0001μm ■ Indenter: Triangular pyramid indenter (angle between faces 115 degrees, Berkovich type) ■ Microscope magnification: 500x (objective 50x, eyepiece 10x) ■ Types of tests: 7 types *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Company information
In particular, the "environmental management" that we propose is not merely a means to enhance corporate image or a passport for transactions. For example, within the efforts to obtain "ISO 14001 certification," we believe that it is fundamentally an initiative towards "management reform," aiming to create a company that practices "organizational development," "human resource development," and "improvements in materials and production methods," while accurately executing the "PDCA cycle."
