Compact and lightweight (portable by one person) "Construction Limit Measuring Device" LDM300A
This is a building gauge measuring device for railway operators. It is compact and lightweight, making it portable by one person (7.6 kg). It contributes to a reduction in the number of workers needed.
This is a building gauge measuring device for railway operators. Its main purpose is to be used in railway facilities such as tunnels, platforms, and signals. The rotation angle of the internal laser distance sensor is controlled by an internal motor, allowing for continuous and single measurements. The measurement results are saved to a microSD card, enabling serial data communication output to a PC or similar devices. A dedicated base is used to install the measuring device on the track. To measure, the base is placed on the rail, and the laser is aimed at the desired measurement point before pressing the measurement switch. The horizontal distance from the rail surface and the track center, as well as the height, are measured, and simultaneously, the measurement point is plotted on the building gauge diagram, with the clearance values calculated. 【Features】 ■ Equipped with a color graphic LCD - Allows for confirmation of measurement results on-site ■ Compact and labor-saving - Includes widening measurement function *If you are interested in renting, please click the "Contact Us" button below and indicate your rental request.

Since its establishment, we have been involved in the development of our own products, starting from gathering ideas, and have repeated the processes of mechanical design, processing, circuit design, and embedded programming every year. Currently, we are engaged in both OEM production and the sale of our own products, and we intend to continue developing measuring instruments that can further meet our customers' needs. We are also the general agent for Dimetix in Switzerland and are focusing on the sales of red laser distance meters. This product has been adopted for measuring the height of the Tokyo Skytree, the tallest structure in the world. We believe there are still many applications for this technology, and we would like to explore each one. In recent years, we have also been focusing on measuring instruments for railway-related construction limits. We have started to receive inquiries from East Japan Railway Company regarding the development of measuring instruments for construction limits in various fields such as construction, civil engineering, signaling, and power. Additionally, we received an Encouragement Award at the 28th Ota City Small and Medium Enterprises New Products and New Technologies Competition for our graphic-integrated construction limit measuring instrument.
