"Drawing processing" is a press processing technique that allows for the creation of container-shaped metal products by applying pressure to stretch a metal sheet. Drawing shapes can be broadly divided into two categories: "shallow drawing" and "deep drawing." "Shallow drawing" refers to shapes where the depth of the draw is smaller than the diameter, while "deep drawing" describes shapes where the depth of the draw is larger than the diameter. Products made through deep drawing cannot be formed in a single drawing process, so the drawing process is repeated multiple times. The initial drawing from a flat sheet is referred to as "first drawing," while subsequent drawings are called "re-drawing." Since drawing processing is considered one of the more difficult methods within press processing, it requires advanced expertise in mold manufacturing and mass production, as well as high-precision machine tools and press equipment suitable for drawing. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
