The cost of a hemming mold starts from 20,000 yen, while a press mold starts from 250,000 yen (for simple shapes), making the initial investment very low and suitable for small-batch production of various types. Additionally, because the material is shaped by rotation, the stress in the rolling direction of the material can be reduced, resulting in higher precision in post-shaping distortion compared to pressed products. <Examples of Hemming Processing> Made of SUS, thickness 1.6 (maximum outer diameter Φ250, height 250) This product is shaped from a Φ256 pipe.
