The Satake Mixing Torque Meter ST-4000 has been further powered up compared to the conventional model, pursuing greater ease of use. While maintaining the high torque measurement accuracy of the previous model, the maximum measurement torque has been increased to 0.4 N·m. Additionally, the body size has been improved to be more compact than the conventional model. The LCD screen now includes a graph display function, and what was previously an optional feature for PC control has become a standard specification. It is possible to operate the main unit from a PC, displaying measurement conditions and results such as rotation speed and torque. Furthermore, it can simultaneously calculate and display stirring power, power number, Pv value, stirring Reynolds number, and reference viscosity. It is equipped with a graph creation function for time-dependent changes and allows data to be saved in CSV format. It can accommodate low viscosity stirring as well as medium to high viscosity stirring, and the included control box features an easy-to-use interactive LCD touch panel. By introducing pressurized air through the air purge port, it prevents the intrusion of corrosive gases into the main unit. It comes standard with five types of stirring blades, including three high-performance Super Mix series blades. Both the main unit and control box are designed to be lightweight and compact for easy portability.
