■Flecon Scale FS Type A flexible bag filling device that can be equipped with various options such as bag inflating devices, automatic lifting devices, automatic clamps, and automatic conveyors. 〈Features〉 (1) High accuracy can be achieved by eliminating the tare weight using a gross weighing method. (2) The bag opening is held in place by a preliminary clamp, and as the chute rises, a full-circle clamp is applied, ensuring safety and eliminating risks during operation. (3) While filling, raw materials may generate dust; however, the chute section has a special double structure that allows dust to escape through the outer tube hood, resulting in minimal dispersion to the outside (dust collection may be required depending on the material). (4) A filling promotion device (re-suspension device during filling) can be incorporated. (5) Changing bags can be easily done according to the type of bag.
