★Must-see★ Earthquake measures that do not require drilling holes in the floor! This is content that can be referenced when introducing the 'Anshin Adjuster'.
This time, as it is the third installment in the series, I would like to provide guidelines regarding the "weight" of the objects for earthquake countermeasures. (1) First, regarding our products, they cannot be used for ultra-heavy equipment weighing over 8 tons. Therefore, please confirm the weight of the equipment first. *1 (2) Next, if the weight is under 8 tons and it seems usable without issues, questions will arise about which products to use and how many. Basically, the calculation is as follows: [Weight of the object ÷ Load capacity of the gel = Minimum number of fixtures required]. For example, if we use a 60φ gel (load capacity 600kg) on a 3-ton weight equipment and install a 90φ Anshin Maru type, the calculation would be: 3000kg ÷ 600kg = 5 A minimum of 5 sets is required. *2 In this way, you can confirm the quantity guidelines for the products used. Please note that this is only a guideline, and we would appreciate it if you could contact us for more details. *1 In some cases, even if it is under 8 tons, it may require consideration, so please consult us. *2 Depending on the installation balance on the object, it may also be set to an even number of 6 sets.

basic information
When considering the introduction of earthquake countermeasures, one of the concerns that may arise is whether "the product can be implemented under our company's usage conditions." For companies that feel it is still a bit early to inquire about whether the seismic isolation adjuster can be introduced, we hope you will find this information helpful. We would also appreciate it if you could take a look at our past series of articles. The Anshin Adjuster is an earthquake countermeasure product that can be installed without driving anchor bolts. It is ideal for places where you don't want to drill holes and frequently change layouts. It can withstand earthquakes equivalent to a seismic intensity of 7 (with a seismic period of 1 second and an acceleration of 1000 gal), addressing both horizontal and vertical shaking. This is a patented product that has obtained domestic patents in Japan and international patents in the United States. In addition to clean rooms where dust is not allowed and food and pharmaceutical factories, it can also be used for earthquake countermeasures in buildings with insufficient floor thickness for driving anchor bolts, such as those on the second floor and above. Moreover, while typical gels have low load-bearing capacity and require larger sizes to increase it, the gel used in the Anshin Adjuster is an industrial specialty product, making it compact while offering approximately ten times the load-bearing capacity compared to standard products. The Anshin Adjuster is also unaffected by conditions where water or oil may be present, such as in factories, kitchens, or outdoors, as the gel is sealed with a special adhesive called "Anshin Aiba." If you are facing challenges with earthquake countermeasures as part of your BCP (Business Continuity Planning), please feel free to contact us first.
