In conventional pouch filling and sealing devices and spout cappers, there has been a tendency for leading manufacturers to focus on food-centric machines. As a result, there were challenges such as: - When filling foamy liquids commonly found in cosmetics, the machines did not perform as per the catalog specifications, and attempting to achieve that performance resulted in oversized rotary indexing machines. - When installed in cosmetics factories primarily using linear lines, there was a lot of wasted space in clean rooms, leading to longer machine setup times for new products and poor usability.
