Inspecting multiple distribution valves scattered at high locations of large transport equipment such as unloaders and stacker reclaimers is dangerous and labor-intensive. Most distribution valves are installed at the top of the equipment, making it impossible to check the indicator rods due to rust and dirt. Therefore, all distribution valves were replaced with limit switch-equipped distribution valves, and the wiring for the limit switches was consolidated into a monitoring box to display the number of times the indicator rods operate.
