KB Seiren manufactures and sells synthetic fibers, as well as weaving, processing, and selling textile materials, and the production and sale of secondary textile products. The new functional polyester "Belcouple" combines regular polyester in the core and low-melting-point polyester in the sheath, allowing two types of polymers with different melting points to change into various forms through thermal processing. The woven and knitted materials made from this yarn exhibit high heat sealability (preventing misalignment), shape stability, and hardness adjustability. 【Features】 ■ Fibers melt with heat (thermal fusion) By applying thermal processing (at 190°C), the low-melting-point polyester in the sheath melts, transforming the multifilament into monofilament (single yarn), resulting in high resilience. Fabrics treated with Belcouple and heat processing can prevent fraying and misalignment. ■ Hardness is adjustable (hardness adjustability) By varying the processing temperature or combining with other materials, fabrics of different hardness can be produced.
