Currently, we are engaged in providing appearance inspection solutions using AI and image processing for the manufacturing industry. In the manufacturing sector, strict selection criteria are established for products, and companies must conduct inspections to meet these standards. With the increasing diversification of manufactured products, dedicated inspection systems are unable to keep up, resulting in the necessity of visual inspections by humans. Since pass/fail judgments are made based on human senses, even if manuals such as limit samples are created, human errors can occur, leading to variations in judgment criteria among inspectors. Naturally, as humans, differences in work accuracy and speed arise due to mental and physical fatigue. To address this issue, our company is continuously developing inspection solutions capable of accommodating diverse manufacturing. We have fully developed and sold eight types of software to date.
