Introducing three types of "heat treatment": gas carburizing and nitriding, gas soft nitriding, and quenching and tempering!

We would like to introduce the technology related to "heat treatment" held by Kyoritsu Seisakusho. In "gas carburizing and nitriding," we use a carburizing gas RX with 5% to 10% ammonia added. The treatment temperature is between 750°C and 900°C, and the treatment time is shorter than that of gas carburizing, allowing for the formation of a thin hardened layer. Additionally, we possess technologies such as "gas soft nitriding" to improve wear resistance and fatigue resistance, as well as "quenching and tempering." 【Features of Gas Carburizing and Nitriding】 ■ Uses carburizing gas RX with 5% to 10% ammonia added ■ Treatment temperature is between 750°C and 900°C, with a shorter treatment time than gas carburizing ■ Achieves a thin hardened layer ■ Hardening depth ranges from 0.1mm to 0.8mm ■ The carbonitriding layer improves hardenability *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
