Introducing three types of "heat treatment": gas carburizing and nitriding, gas soft nitriding, and quenching and tempering!
We would like to introduce the technology related to "heat treatment" held by Kyoritsu Seisakusho. In "gas carburizing and nitriding," we use a carburizing gas RX with 5% to 10% ammonia added. The treatment temperature is between 750°C and 900°C, and the treatment time is shorter than that of gas carburizing, allowing for the formation of a thin hardened layer.
