Introducing the "Gravity Casting Division." The process of pouring molten metal into a metallic mold (die) using only gravity, as opposed to sand molds, is called die casting (gravity casting). Compared to sand casting, it offers better dimensional accuracy, resulting in lower finishing costs and a smoother surface. Additionally, the faster cooling rate leads to finer crystal grain size with fewer pinholes, and it has excellent mechanical properties, making it economically advantageous as well.
