Following the existing super compact "EBS K ERGON series," the larger sibling "EBS KL ERGON" has arrived!
- Integrate the preform heater and blow molding module into the same frame. - The molding machine with dimensions of 4.8m in width, 2.7m in height, and 2.4m in depth can propose a 4-cavity machine with a capacity of 9,200 bottles per hour, a 6-cavity machine with a capacity of 15,000 bottles per hour, an 8-cavity machine with a capacity of 20,000 bottles per hour, and a 10-cavity machine with a capacity of 25,000 bottles per hour (the frame size will be the same for both models). * The above speeds represent the theoretically maximum output for 500mL PET round bottles. Actual speeds will depend on the bottle shape and other factors.

basic information
[1] Heating of Preforms The heating module has a very compact design and can be integrated into the same machine module as the molding turret. It is equipped with a horizontal preform supply chain and an optimized ventilation and aeration system. The infrared lamp unit that heats the preforms during transport is fitted with a heat-reflective panel made of energy-efficient composite materials, which increases the reflectivity of the heat generated by the infrared lamps, allowing for uniform heat distribution across the entire surface of the preform. Additionally, it is equipped with a diffuser to prevent overheating. [2] Preform Stretch Blow Molding - It is equipped with a motor-driven stretching rod, which is automatically adjusted by a servo motor according to the production speed, eliminating the need for pneumatic cams and the time required for their replacement. - It uses valves with minimal dead volume, reducing the time for pre-blowing and blowing. - The vertical movement of the mold bottom and the opening and closing of the mold holder unit are guaranteed to have the highest precision. The integration of this solution with the electric stretching rod results in a cam-free operation, providing significant benefits such as improved accuracy, reduced maintenance, decreased vibration and noise, and extended lifespan.

Founded in Tokyo in 1948 by German entrepreneur Klaus Koerens, our company was the first German trading company allowed to resume business in Japan after the war. Since our establishment, we have walked alongside Japanese companies through Japan's reconstruction, modernization, and the period of rapid economic growth. Throughout our history of over 75 years, our constant passion has been to introduce cutting-edge technologies from Europe to companies active in various industries in Japan. At the same time, the diverse feedback from our Japanese customers has been reflected back to European suppliers, resulting in many instances of refined technology. We take pride in the fact that we continue to be a leading German trading company in Japan, as this reflects the high regard our efforts have received from both customers and suppliers. Moving forward, we will continue to stand between our Japanese customers and overseas manufacturers, being mindful of differences in business practices, culture, tradition, and behavior, and striving to create better relationships based on mutual respect. Furthermore, we will not only focus on product sales but also make efforts to provide long-term after-sales service to our customers after delivery.
