We would like to introduce a case where we developed a general-purpose steel rack using "HiPLE-ACE," which we handle. By enabling transportation without using steel racks, it has become possible to switch from charter services to regular delivery. Since it is a reinforced cardboard that is resistant to impact, adding a "V-cut" to the main body and the edge makes it easier to fold, improving work efficiency. [Effects of Improvements] - By switching from returnable to disposable one-way packaging, we have reduced the hassle and cost of returning steel racks. - Thanks to the strength of "HiPLE-ACE," regular delivery is possible instead of charter services. - With a simple design that secures the wrap-around case with M screws, smooth packing and unpacking operations can be achieved. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
