Conventional pH measurement methods (litmus paper, glass electrode meters) have the issue of internal reagents leaching into the measurement solution. This technology has achieved a pH indicator copolymer that does not leach into the measurement solution by polymerizing pH dyes. 【Features of the Technology】 - Repeated measurements and long-term monitoring are possible. - There is no dye leaching into the measurement target. - Design for pH ranges (entire range, acidic, neutral, basic) is possible. - It can be made into films and fibers. 【Applications of the Technology】 - Development of pH sensors We are advancing the development of pH sensors through colorimetric measurement of the film-formulated pH indicator copolymer. - Fiberization By introducing it into chemical fibers, it is possible to realize fibers and non-woven fabrics with pH indicator functions. By film-forming and fiberizing the pH indicator copolymer, various application developments are expected.
