In August 2021, our company introduced the new BUSS mixing machine "COMPEO55." In addition to the main raw materials, it features precise blending ratios through the quantitative side feed of auxiliary materials. It can process up to 350°C thanks to the flight selection and temperature control functions. Moreover, it minimizes thermal degradation due to wide-area mixing that suppresses localized heating, reducing the deterioration of physical properties, color tone, and scorching compared to conventional resin mixing machines. It also allows for mixing at lower temperatures than usual. 【Structural and Operational Features】 - Fixed pins in the barrel and notched flights on the screw shaft - A shaft that moves back and forth while rotating - Resins are mixed in the gap between the sides of the notched flights and the pins - Gentle mixing with strong shear suppressed over a wide area inside the mixer: suppression of localized heating - Processing up to 350°C through flight selection and temperature control functions *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
