The "KEW 3124A" is an analog high-voltage insulation resistance tester that can be set to any output voltage in the range of 1kV to 10kV. At the end of the measurement, the charge stored in the circuit is automatically discharged. The residual voltage value is monitored by the output voltmeter, allowing you to confirm the discharge state.
