"Photomet Coat SiO2" achieves high-density adhesion through dehydration reactions between Si-OH generated on the surface of SiO2 and hydroxyl groups on metallic surfaces, thanks to our "sol-gel method for low-temperature film formation." Through the polymerization of alkoxysilanes, the particle size ranges from Å to several nm, exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance, insulation, and oxygen barrier properties even in thin films.
