We would like to introduce a case of "metal resinization" regarding cost reduction of parts manufactured by Kōhan Co., Ltd. in Hyogo Prefecture through resin molding. By converting parts made of iron and aluminum into resin, we aim to achieve weight reduction and material cost compression. However, this raises concerns about the decrease in mechanical strength, reduction in heat resistance, decline in chemical resistance, and lower flame retardancy.
