We would like to introduce a case study from Kōhan Co., Ltd., which manufactures in Hyogo Prefecture, regarding cost reduction of parts through resin molding, specifically the "injection molding of resin-cutting processed products." In addition to the product cost, there may be expenses for mold production, and issues such as warping or deformation can occur due to shrinkage after molding, which may slightly reduce dimensional accuracy.
