One of the urgent issues that needs to be resolved is the lack of clearly defined "rules" for smoothly and efficiently carrying out a series of maintenance operations when looking at the overall business. To improve the efficiency of maintenance operations for a diverse range of recycling facilities and to address various challenges, we decided to implement "MENTENA." By leveraging the functions of "MENTENA," a unified understanding and rules have begun to emerge across the entire operation, and we have eliminated the exchange of information on paper between the field and maintenance personnel.
