basic information
【Instructions for Use】 ■ Warm the density liquid to room temperature while in a light-blocking state. ■ Add the density liquid to the Leucosep. 3ml for 163xxx use / 15ml for 227xxx use. ■ Tighten the screw cap and centrifuge at 1000xg for 10 minutes (at room temperature). The density liquid will move under the porous barrier. ■ When using pre-filled products with density liquid (163288-013 and 227288-013), the above steps can be omitted. In that case, please warm the entire tube to room temperature before use. ■ This completes the preparation for adding anticoagulated blood or bone marrow. Diluting the sample with buffer is not mandatory, but it may improve separation results. Recommended ratio of density liquid to sample: 1:2 (when using blood) / 1:4 (when using bone marrow). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
