【Instructions for Use】 ■ Warm the density liquid to room temperature while in a light-blocking state. ■ Add the density liquid to the Leucosep. 3ml for 163xxx use / 15ml for 227xxx use. ■ Tighten the screw cap and centrifuge at 1000xg for 10 minutes (at room temperature). The density liquid will move under the porous barrier. ■ When using pre-filled products with density liquid (163288-013 and 227288-013), the above steps can be omitted. In that case, please warm the entire tube to room temperature before use. ■ This completes the preparation for adding anticoagulated blood or bone marrow. Diluting the sample with buffer is not mandatory, but it may improve separation results.
